The Teal Pumpkin Project

Oct 30, 2019

Creating a Safe Halloween for All

Food allergies can be difficult to manage on a daily basis. Add in Halloween, with its mayhem, mischief and mad supply of candy and sweets, and the holiday can be the most mentally and emotionally taxing time of the year for young children and their parents. Show your support and help food-allergy families join in the spirit(s) of Halloween by participating in the Teal Pumpkin Project. Simply display a teal pumpkin on your front porch or wherever trick or treaters can see it and provide non-food or food-allergy safe options for your trick or treaters.
