Trusted Allergy & Asthma Care in Johnson City

Find the answers and relief!

Treating patients in Washington County for more than 20 years.

When it comes to the perks of living in our area, the answers are pretty obvious: the many lakes and rivers, the beautiful mountains with bike and walking trails within easy reach, the friendliness of the communities.... But whether you're a native of the area or you've recently moved here, you'll know that we also have our share of allergens: from seasonal tree pollen and grasses to year-round mold. That's why the board-certified allergists at The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center can help.

We've been committed to treating patients of all ages in Washington County for more than 20 years – and none of us are slowing down any time soon! We know the local triggers and, as a former pulmonologist in area hospitals, Dr. Jones is well up to snuff. Alongside Dr. Joe Wisniewski, a pediatrically trained allergist, and our entire staff, we'll have you and your family breathing better and enjoying all the area has to offer.

All things allergy and asthma for all.

From Hampton to Fall Branch (and throughout the entire Tri-Cities region), our goal is to help patients of all ages breathe easier wherever they live, whatever the season. How?

  • Allergy Testing: An allergy test is the most accurate way to determine your allergic triggers. After we've reviewed your medical history and test results, we'll discuss options for how to best treat the cause of your symptoms. For some people, immunotherapy provides the best long-term cure, but you and your provider will decide together on the treatment plan that's best for you.
  • Asthma Management: Uncontrolled asthma with nighttime exacerbations or exercise-induced breathing attacks can be disruptive and scary! Our providers will help diagnose the type and severity of asthma that may be holding you back. With a lung-function test (spirometry), an extensive history, and a review of your symptoms and triggers, we'll help you come up with a personalized asthma action plan that keeps you safe in cases of emergency. We can also discuss modern biologic therapies that may bring your asthma well under control.
  • Sinus Pressure & Pain: Damp sunrises at the lakeside cabin. Drastic changes in the temperature and humidity. Exposure to these conditions can cause sinus infections and pain. If your sinus infections happen too often (more than twice a year) or last too long (more than a few weeks), we can help you wake up breathing clearer and feeling better each day.
