Dr. David Ponder graduated with distinction from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He served his residency at the University of Louisville Department of Pediatrics at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky, where he was Chief Pediatric Resident from 1990-91.
Dr. Ponder completed a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He is board certified in Allergy and Immunology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (FAAAAI) and the Amercian College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (FACAAI).
Dr. Ponder's specialty is infant, pediatric, adolescent and adult immunology.
