Dr. Carter joined The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center in January 2002. He received his M.D. from the University of Tennessee at Memphis, served an internship at Methodist Hospital of Memphis, and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. He completed his allergy fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Carter is board certified both in Internal Medicine and Allergy and Immunology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (FAAAAI) and the Amercian College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (FACAAI). He specializes in pediatric, adolescent, adult allergy, asthma and clinical immunology.
